Our Elders
Our elders serve in the function as described in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9. They work together to care for the church as shepherds, to edify the body of Christ through faithful teaching, and to protect it from error.
Jacob Richardson
Jacob Richardson serves as lead pastor and planter at Citylight Mosaic Church. He is married to Abigail and together they have one son, Brooks. He first felt called to church planting while serving at Calvary La Esperanza in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. After returning from Guatemala, he began working at Citylight Omaha while completing his degree in business management. While planting Citylight Mosaic with a team of others in 2020, he began the masters in theological studies program at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, taking classes in Spanish, and graduating in 2022. In addition to pastoring, he works full time as a Church Planting Catalyst with Send Network, helping churches plant churches in Nebraska and Kansas.
Alam Pedrero
Alam Pedrero serves Citylight Mosaic Church primarily preaching on Spanish-preaching Sundays. He is married to McKenna. Originally from Mexico, Alam experienced a call to ministry while living in Guatemala. He helped plant and establish a church in Panajachel, Guatemala while also serving and discipling men in Quetzaltenango with Calvary La Esperanza. He and his wife followed the call of the Lord to move to Omaha in 2021 and join the mission of God through Mosaic. He is currently in the biblical studies program at SETECA and works full time at Travefy.
Doug Williams
Doug Williams serves Citylight Mosaic Church as a disciple-maker, leading small groups of men to grow in their walks with Jesus. He is married to JoJo and they have four children and one grandson. He spent a decade in the Middle East, working with different organizations and groups. His experience of interacting with people from all different cultures is a gift. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from American University of Beirut and currently works full time at Reliable Parts.
Mario Herrera
Mario Herrera serves Citylight Mosaic Church as a city group leader and the leader of Friday night prayer gatherings. He is married to Celia and they have two children. Originally from Mexico, he has studied theology at Iglesia Christiana el Camino in Los Angeles and at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing a certificate in Biblical Counseling. Mario has a desire to see people experience life as God designed it and his family actively practices the gift of hospitality. He works at Citylight Mosaic and as a contractor.
Todd Richardson
Todd Richardson serves Citylight Mosaic Church as a city group leader and marriage coach. He is married to Kristin and they have three children and one grandson. Originally from Fremont, he received his business administration degree from UNO and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Todd and Kristin have a weekly podcast called Fearless in Love where they discuss God’s design for marriage and relationships. They have a God-given burden to see couples thrive in God’s best. He works full time at his law firm, Richardson Madden, P.C., L.L.O.
